Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy applies to furniture, booth seating, banquettes, upholstery services, foam replacement services, custom seating, cushions, and related products manufactured, supplied, repaired, upholstered, delivered, or installed by Furniture Design Solution LLC.

This Warranty applies to both commercial and residential customers unless otherwise stated in a project estimate, proposal, invoice, or contract.

1. Warranty Coverage

Furniture Design Solution LLC warrants that its products and workmanship shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use, subject to the terms, exclusions, limitations, and conditions contained in this Warranty Policy.

This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and the original installation location.

Furniture Design Solution LLC reserves the sole right to determine whether a condition constitutes a warranty claim.

2. Structural Frame Warranty

Standard Booths, Banquettes, and Seating

Furniture Design Solution LLC provides a Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty on standard wood and metal frame construction manufactured by Furniture Design Solution LLC.

Coverage includes:

  • Structural frame failure resulting from workmanship defects

  • Joint separation resulting from manufacturing defects

  • Material defects affecting structural integrity

  • Frame instability caused by defective construction

Coverage applies only under normal intended use.

Custom and Specialty Designs

Custom-built, customer-designed, modified, engineered, or non-standard products are covered by a Five (5) Year Limited Structural Warranty.

Furniture Design Solution LLC reserves the exclusive right to determine whether a product qualifies as a standard or custom design.

3. Foam and Cushion Warranty

Furniture Design Solution LLC warrants newly supplied foam cushions against excessive loss of resilience caused by normal intended use.

Coverage periods:

  • Five (5) Years for standard commercial-grade foam

  • Ten (10) Years for premium high-resiliency foam specifically identified on the approved estimate, invoice, or proposal

Normal softening, compression, changes in firmness, or minor settling that naturally occur over time are not considered defects and are not covered under this Warranty.

4. Upholstery and Workmanship Warranty

Furniture Design Solution LLC provides a One (1) Year Workmanship Warranty covering labor performed by Furniture Design Solution LLC.

Coverage includes:

  • Upholstery workmanship defects

  • Seam failures resulting from workmanship

  • Installation defects directly attributable to Furniture Design Solution LLC

  • Improper attachment of upholstery materials caused by workmanship defects

Coverage does not apply to normal wear, abuse, misuse, vandalism, improper cleaning, pet damage, sharp objects, or customer-caused damage.

5. Material Warranties

Fabrics, vinyls, leathers, laminates, finishes, outdoor materials, hardware, and specialty products are covered solely by the original manufacturer's warranty.

Furniture Design Solution LLC does not independently warrant third-party materials.

Examples may include:

  • Nassimi

  • Charlotte Fabrics

  • Spradling

  • Ultrafabrics

  • Sunbrella

  • Other approved manufacturers and suppliers

All material-related claims are subject to the supplier's inspection process, testing requirements, and warranty determination.

6. Outdoor Applications

Outdoor furniture, cushions, fabrics, finishes, and materials are subject to environmental conditions beyond the control of Furniture Design Solution LLC.

The following are considered normal environmental conditions and are not covered:

  • Fading

  • Discoloration

  • Oxidation

  • Corrosion

  • Mildew

  • Staining

  • Shrinkage

  • Expansion

  • Moisture-related deterioration

  • Weather-related deterioration

  • Pool chemical exposure

  • UV exposure

  • Salt exposure

  • Environmental contaminants

Coverage for outdoor materials shall be limited to any warranty provided directly by the material manufacturer.

7. Customer Acceptance

Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery, installation, or completion of services.

Any visible defects, damages, shortages, concerns, or discrepancies must be reported in writing within seven (7) calendar days.

Failure to provide written notice within seven (7) calendar days shall constitute full acceptance of the products and services and confirmation that the products were received in satisfactory condition.

8. Customer-Supplied Materials

Furniture Design Solution LLC assumes no responsibility for the performance, durability, colorfastness, availability, warranty coverage, defects, delays, shortages, or suitability of customer-supplied materials.

This includes:

  • Fabric

  • Vinyl

  • Leather

  • Foam

  • Hardware

  • Finishes

  • Decorative components

  • Customer-provided furniture

All risks associated with customer-supplied materials remain solely with the customer.

9. Color, Grain, and Material Variations

Variations in:

  • Color

  • Texture

  • Grain

  • Sheen

  • Finish

  • Pattern alignment

  • Stitching

  • Material appearance

may occur due to manufacturing processes, dye lots, lighting conditions, natural materials, digital displays, photography, supplier tolerances, and production methods.

Such variations are normal and shall not be considered defects.

10. Warranty Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Fabric fading

  • Wrinkling

  • Stretching

  • Compression from normal use

  • Customer-supplied materials

  • Improper maintenance

  • Improper cleaning

  • Unauthorized cleaning chemicals

  • Burns

  • Cuts

  • Punctures

  • Tears

  • Stains

  • Vandalism

  • Abuse

  • Misuse

  • Negligence

  • Accidents

  • Water damage

  • Fire damage

  • Smoke damage

  • Flooding

  • Storm damage

  • Environmental conditions

  • Insect damage

  • Rodent damage

  • Pet damage

  • Excessive loading

  • Improper use

  • Unauthorized repairs

  • Alterations

  • Modifications

  • Relocation after installation

  • Improper installation performed by others

  • Conditions beyond the reasonable control of Furniture Design Solution LLC

11. Customer Responsibilities

The customer shall:

  • Properly maintain products

  • Follow cleaning recommendations

  • Promptly report concerns

  • Prevent further damage once an issue is discovered

  • Provide reasonable access for inspection and repair

  • Cooperate with warranty investigations

Failure to comply may void warranty coverage.

12. Warranty Claim Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  • Customer name

  • Business name (if applicable)

  • Contact information

  • Original invoice number

  • Installation address

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographs of the affected area

Furniture Design Solution LLC reserves the right to inspect, photograph, evaluate, test, repair, replace, or otherwise investigate any claimed defect before approving warranty coverage.

13. Transportation, Access, and Service Costs

Warranty coverage does not include:

  • Freight charges

  • Shipping costs

  • Transportation costs

  • Packaging costs

  • Travel expenses

  • Special access equipment

  • After-hours service requests

  • Removal of surrounding fixtures

  • Temporary business closures

  • Lost revenue

  • Lost profits

  • Business interruption expenses

Such costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

14. Limitation of Liability

Furniture Design Solution LLC's sole obligation under this Warranty shall be, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair of the affected product

  • Replacement of the affected product

  • Reupholstery of the affected component

  • Replacement of affected materials

Furniture Design Solution LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Incidental damages

  • Special damages

  • Punitive damages

  • Lost revenue

  • Lost profits

  • Loss of business

  • Loss of use

Under no circumstances shall the liability of Furniture Design Solution LLC exceed the original purchase price of the affected product or service.

15. Non-Transferability

This Warranty is non-transferable.

Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and original installation location.

Any sale, transfer, relocation, reassignment, or change of ownership shall immediately void this Warranty.

16. Product Changes

Furniture Design Solution LLC reserves the right to improve, modify, substitute, redesign, or discontinue products, materials, components, suppliers, and manufacturing methods without obligation to update previously manufactured products.

17. Disclaimer of Other Warranties

Except as expressly stated herein, Furniture Design Solution LLC disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Governing Law and Venue

This Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Any dispute arising from or relating to this Warranty shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

The prevailing party in any legal action shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees, costs, and expenses.
